Building Stories Under the Tree

Monthly gathering at Lanza’s Cafe, Carrboro, NC

On the 2nd Sunday of each month, we gather under the tree at Lanza’s Cafe to practice our imagination skills. 

Stay 5 minutes or the whole hour. Come alone, with a young child, or a grown-up friend. Everyone is welcome. Imagination is ageless. We just need a reminder from time to time 🙂

Cost: Free! Just bring yourself (and a coffee, Lanza’s Cafe has the best : )

Building Stories on Air

Every Sunday, live, 4-5 PM on WCOM-LP (starting on March 1st, 2026)

A weekly radio show where adults and young children create stories together, live on air.

We are looking for adult-child pairs (parent-child, grandparent-grandchild, aunt-nephew, family friends, etc.) to join us weekly!
